Hot Chili Pepper Butter

  1. place all ingredients in bowl of food processor, blend until well mixed.
  2. tranfer butter to large sheet of aluminum foil.
  3. shape butter into cylindrical tube and roll in foil.
  4. twist ends shut and store in freezer.
  5. Note:.
  6. this butter will keep for 3 months in freezer.
  7. each time you wish to use some butter, simply open package, and cut off appropriate number of slices.
  8. always roll tightly in foil and twist ends shut.

unsalted butter, green chili peppers, garlic, fresh chives, cayenne pepper, lemon, salt
