Fiery fried Chicken

  1. Heat oven to 450F
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chili-garlic sauce and pineapple juice.
  3. Add the chicken and toss to coat.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the bread crumbs, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and the oil.
  5. Working with 1 piece at a time, coat the chicken in the bread crumb mixture and transfer to a baking sheet.
  6. Repeat with the remaining breasts.
  7. Bake until cooked through, 15 to 30 minutes.
