Beef Empanadas Recipe
- 1/4 pound grnd beef
- 1 sm. onion, diced
- 2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (2 ounce.) can minced green chilies, liquid removed
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Fry meat, drain.
- Add in rest of ingredients, heat to boiling.
- Simmer 15 min stirring occasionally.
