Rice with Black Beans
- 1 can (19 oz.) condensed black bean soup
- 1 cup water
- 2 tsp. HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 2 cups MINUTE Brown Rice, uncooked
- Mix all ingredients except rice in medium saucepan on medium heat.
- Bring to boil.
- Stir in rice; return to boil.
- Reduce heat to low; cover.
- Simmer 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat; stir.
- Cover.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
- Fluff with fork.
- Serve immediately.
