one eyed jack Recipe spantz

• 1 piece of white bread
• 1 egg
• optional piece of American cheese

1. using the open end of a drinking glass cut hole in center of bread and remove the center
2. toast bread
3. put toasted bread in a small heated pan and break egg in the center of said toast.
4. cook egg to your liking.
5. add optional cheese after fist flip of toast
