Easy Sweet Potato
- 200 grams Sweet potato (1 medium)
- 10 grams Butter or margarine
- 20 grams Sugar
- 20 grams plus some Milk
- 1 dash Salt
- 1/3 Egg yolk (for the glaze)
- Cut the sweet potato into circles, peel, soak in water for 3 minutes, and microwave until soft.
- Add the butter, sugar and salt while the sweet potato is still hot, and mash it all together.
- Add the milk until the mixture becomes smooth.
- *It should be firm enough to shape.
- Shape the mixture and put it into aluminium cups.
- Brush on the egg yolk glaze and bake for about 5 minutes in the oven to finish.
