Poultry Marinade
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed and diced
- 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaf
- 14 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
- 14 cup olive oil
- 14 cup cider vinegar
- 14 cup white wine
- Chop fresh herbs and crush garlic.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl or zipper bag.
- Marinade chicken or turkey (we love this on turkey breast) overnight and bake or grill as desired.
- To bake: For a 2 lb breast, marinade overnight and bake covered for 1.5 hours at 325 degrees F. Baste every 30 minutes if desired, and then bake an additional 15 minutes uncovered at 375 degrees F.
