Hot Chuck Pizza Burgers Recipe

• 12 sandwich buns
• 2 lbs. grnd beef
• 1 sm. onion, diced
• 2 teaspoon sugar
• 1 can spaghetti sauce with mushrooms (soup size)
• 1 can tomato paste (small)
• 1/2 pound Mozzarella cheese, diced
• Oregano
• Parmesan cheese

1. Sprinkle 2 tsp.
2. sugar over the meat, add in onion and green pepper and brown.
3. Set aside till cold.
4. Combine spaghetti sauce, tomato paste and Mozzarella cheese.
5. Add in to cooled meat.
6. Place on 24 hamburger bun halves.
7. Sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan cheese and bake 500 degrees for 5 min or possibly till buns are brown.
