Tomato Sauce With Meat And Wine Recipe

  1. Place wine, all the meat, onion, and garlic in a 6 qt saucepan.
  2. Brown meat 10-12 min over medium-high heat, stirring frequently.
  3. Add in the remaining ingredients except 6 ounces of water.
  4. When sauce begins to boil, lower heat to low.
  5. Cook at a low boil, uncovered, for 35 min.
  6. Add in the remaining 6 ounces of water and continue to cook for another 35 min.
  7. Remove and serve over favorite pasta.
  8. Makes 6-8 servings.
