Amaretto Coffee

• 1 1/2 cups water warm
• 1 tablespoon instant coffee
• 13 cup amaretto liqueur
• whipped topping, prepared optional

1. In a 2-cup measure stir together water and instant coffee crystals.
2. Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% power for about 4 minutes or just until steaming hot.
3. Stir in Amaretto.
4. Serve in mugs.
5. Top each mug of coffee mixture with some dessert topping.
