Mandarin Orange Cake With Pineapple Topping Recipe

  1. Add in oil, Large eggs and juice from oranges to cake mix; beat 2 min with electric mixer.
  2. Mix in oranges.
  3. Bake in 3 greased and floured 8" round cake pans at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 min.
  4. Cold.
  5. Blend dry pudding mix with undrained pineapple.
  6. Mix in the Cold Whip.
  7. Use as frosting between layers and on top.
  8. Chill.
  9. Can be baked in a 13"x9" pan and served with topping when you serve it.
