Double Kisses (Great for Valentine's Day)
- 1 12 cups flour
- 14 cup cocoa powder
- 12 cup butter (softened)
- 14 cup creamy peanut butter
- 23 cup sugar
- 1 large egg white
- 42 Hershey chocolate kisses (Unwrapped)
- aluminum foil, cut into squares and printed messages to wrap the cooled kiss cookies in for your valentine
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a small bowl, blend flour and cocoa powder.
- In a large mixer bowl, cream butter on low.
- Increase speed and add Peanutbutter and sugar.
- Lower speed and add egg white.
- Add the flour/cocoa mixture.
- Measure exactly 2 Tablespoons of the dough and form it into a disk.
- Form dough around each kiss.
- Place on ungreased sheet and space them one inch apart.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees until they are no longer shiny.
- Cool before removing from sheet.
- When completely cool, wrap in foil squares cut to fit the size of the cookie---with your personal messages inserted like the ones you unwrapped, but bigger.
