Festive Tater Tot Feast

  1. Preheat oven to 400F (200C).
  2. Grease a shallow 2 quart baking dish.
  3. In a 10 inch skillet over medium-high heat, cook onions and ground beef until meat loses its red color.
  4. Spoon off any excess fat.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Spread meat mixture in baking dish; cover with undiluted soup and top with single layer of frozen tater tots.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until try stirring in a half cup fresh vegetables or drained leftover vegetables when you add the soup.
  8. Then top with tater tots and enjoy.
