Grilled Pork Kabobs

  1. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix barbecue sauce and pepper until blended.
  3. Cook rice as directed on package, omitting salt and substituting 1/4 cup of the barbecue sauce mixture for 1/4 cup of the cooking water.
  4. Meanwhile, thread meat onto 8 skewers; place in shallow dish.
  5. Pour remaining barbecue sauce mixture over skewers.
  6. Refrigerate 10 min.
  7. Remove kabobs from barbecue sauce mixture; discard barbecue sauce mixture.
  8. Grill kabobs 8 to 10 min.
  9. or until meat is done, turning occasionally.
  10. Stir pineapple and peas into rice.
  11. Serve with kabobs.
