Fresh Strawberry Salsa

  1. COMBINE all ingredients until well mixed.
  2. REFRIGERATE, covered, at least 4 hours to blend flavours.
  3. SERVE with cold, grilled salmon, chicken, pork or duck.
  4. Can also be used as a dip for taco chips.
