Fresh Strawberry Salsa
- 2 cups strawberries, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Russian or Kraft Catalina Dressing
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1/4 tsp. each tobasco sauce and freshly ground black pepper
- COMBINE all ingredients until well mixed.
- REFRIGERATE, covered, at least 4 hours to blend flavours.
- SERVE with cold, grilled salmon, chicken, pork or duck.
- Can also be used as a dip for taco chips.
