Mini Strawberry Cheesecakes

  1. Beat Neufchatel with mixer until creamy.
  2. Blend in dry pudding mix.
  3. Gradually beat in milk.
  4. Stir in COOL WHIP.
  5. Place 1 wafer on bottom of each of 24 (2-inch) paper baking cups; place in muffin pan.
  6. Cover with pudding mixture.
  7. Freeze 1 hour.
  8. Top with berries just before serving.
