Vegetable And Chicken Penne

  1. Just follow our 3 simple steps
  2. Brown 3/4 lb.
  3. thinly sliced boneless, skinless chicken breast in 1 Tbsp.
  4. olive oil in large frypan.
  5. Remove from frypan and set aside.
  6. Cook 1 each red, yellow and green pepper cut into thin strips, 2 cups quartered fresh mushrooms, 1 chopped onion and 2 minced garlic cloves in frypan, for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  7. Stir in 3 Tbsp.
  8. Kraft Classic Herb Dressing and chicken.
  9. Cook 3 cups Penne according to package directions; drain.
  10. Toss with vegetable mixture, 1 jar (6 oz / 170 mL) drained and sliced marinated artichoke hearts and 1/2 cup Kraft Grated Parmesan.
