Vegetable And Chicken Penne
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3/4 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 yellow pepper Target 1 pkg For $2.99 thru 02/06
- 2 cups mushroom
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic
- 3 Tbsp. Kraft Classic Herb Dressing
- 3 cups penne pasta
- 1/2 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
- 1 jar (6 oz / 170 mL) marinated artichoke hearts, drained
- Just follow our 3 simple steps
- Brown 3/4 lb.
- thinly sliced boneless, skinless chicken breast in 1 Tbsp.
- olive oil in large frypan.
- Remove from frypan and set aside.
- Cook 1 each red, yellow and green pepper cut into thin strips, 2 cups quartered fresh mushrooms, 1 chopped onion and 2 minced garlic cloves in frypan, for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Stir in 3 Tbsp.
- Kraft Classic Herb Dressing and chicken.
- Cook 3 cups Penne according to package directions; drain.
- Toss with vegetable mixture, 1 jar (6 oz / 170 mL) drained and sliced marinated artichoke hearts and 1/2 cup Kraft Grated Parmesan.
