Kiwi Cream Tart
- 1 baked (9-inch) tart shell
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 c. cold water
- 1 c. lite sour cream
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp. orange flavoring
- dash of salt
- 1/2 c. heavy cream, chilled
- 4 kiwi fruits
- grapes (seedless)
- Cool tart shell.
- In medium saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over water.
- Let gelatin soften.
- Heat until dissolved.
- Stir in sour cream, sugar, flavoring and salt.
- Stir over low heat until smooth.
- Remove from heat and cool, stirring occasionally.
- When cooled and slightly thickened, whip cream and fold into mixture. Spoon into prepared tart shell, smooth top.
- Refrigerate until set.
- Peel fruit.
- Cut lengthwise into thin slices.
- Arrange on top and garnish with grapes.
