Granola Bars With Brown Rice Protein

  1. Preheat to 325.
  2. Combine all of the ingredients except coconut, seed and raisins.
  3. Once well combined, add remaining ingredients.
  4. Press into prepared 9x 13 pan.
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon and ginger.
  6. Bake for about 22-25 minutes.
  7. Remove and let cool for about 10 minutes.
  8. Cut into bars and let cool completely before removing.
  9. Serves about 24 bars, though may cut to be larger.
