Barbecue Ranch Salad

  1. For each serving: Combine 2 cups (500 mL) lettuce, 1/4 cup (60 mL) tomatoes, 2 Tbsp.
  2. (30 mL) beans and 1 Tbsp.
  3. (15 mL) corn.
  4. Add 1 Tbsp.
  5. (15 mL) dressing; mix lightly.
  6. Transfer to serving plate or bowl; top with 2 Tbsp.
  7. (30 mL) cheese and 1 Tbsp.
  8. (15 mL) cilantro.
  9. Serve immediately.
