Barbecue Ranch Salad
- 12 qt. iceberg lettuce, torn
- 1-1/2 qt. tomatoes, seeded, chopped Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
- 3 cups canned black beans, rinsed
- 1-1/2 cups frozen corn, thawed
- 1-1/2 cups Pure Kraft Refrigerated Barbecue Ranch Dressing
- 3 cups Kraft Shredded Medium Cheddar Cheese
- 1-1/2 cups fresh cilantro, chopped
- For each serving: Combine 2 cups (500 mL) lettuce, 1/4 cup (60 mL) tomatoes, 2 Tbsp.
- (30 mL) beans and 1 Tbsp.
- (15 mL) corn.
- Add 1 Tbsp.
- (15 mL) dressing; mix lightly.
- Transfer to serving plate or bowl; top with 2 Tbsp.
- (30 mL) cheese and 1 Tbsp.
- (15 mL) cilantro.
- Serve immediately.
