Crispy chicken

  1. Flatten chicken breast between to sheets of baking paper.
  2. Slice into 1 1/2" pieces.
  3. Put chicken,milk,lemon juice,yoghurt into flat dish
  4. Marinate for a couple of hours or longer.
  5. Mix cracker crumbs,dried herbs &pepper
  6. Dip chicken in crumb mixture and fry in oil.Crumbs go golden and the meat is tender.
