Stuffed Peppers

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add meat; cook 5 to 7 min.
  4. or until cooked through, stirring frequently.
  5. Drain.
  6. Return meat to skillet.
  7. Add rice, 1/2 cup of the cheese, peas and sofrito until well blended.
  8. Spoon evenly into pepper halves; place on foil-lined baking sheet.
  9. Bake 20 min.
  10. ; sprinkle with cheese.
  11. Continue baking 5 min.
  12. or until cheese is melted.
  13. Serve with salsa.
