Skirt Steak Tacos
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Lime Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1 beef skirt steak (1 lb.)
- 1 cup KRAFT Authentic Mexican Style Finely Shredded Cheeses
- 8 corn tortillas (6 inch), warmed
- 1 cup coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix)
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup mango salsa Whole Foods 2 ea For $4.00 thru 02/09
- Pour dressing over steak in shallow dish; turn over to evenly coat.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- to marinate, turning steak after 15 min.
- Heat grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
- Grill steak 5 to 7 min.
- on each side or until medium doneness (160 degrees F).
- Let stand 5 min.
- Cut steak across the grain into thin slices.
- Top with 1/2 cup cheese; let stand 1 min.
- or until cheese is melted.
- Top tortillas with meat and melted cheese and remaining ingredients; fold in half.
