Skirt Steak Tacos

  1. Pour dressing over steak in shallow dish; turn over to evenly coat.
  2. Refrigerate 30 min.
  3. to marinate, turning steak after 15 min.
  4. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
  6. Grill steak 5 to 7 min.
  7. on each side or until medium doneness (160 degrees F).
  8. Let stand 5 min.
  9. Cut steak across the grain into thin slices.
  10. Top with 1/2 cup cheese; let stand 1 min.
  11. or until cheese is melted.
  12. Top tortillas with meat and melted cheese and remaining ingredients; fold in half.
