Broccoli Tuna Pasta Toss Recipe
- 5 ounce Pasta Shells
- 1 pkt Frzn Broccoli cut
- 1 can Cream Of Chicken Soup 10-3/4 ounce size can
- 1/2 c. Yogurt Skim Lowfat milk Nonfat Yogurt
- 1/2 c. Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Pwdr
- 1 can Tuna In Water liquid removed and flaked 9-1/4 Ounce.
- 1 can Waterchestnuts Liquid removed
- Cook pasta according to package directions, adding frzn broccoli the last 5-7 min of cooking; drain well.
- Return pasta and broccoli so saucepan; cover and keep hot.
- In a medium bowl, combine soup, water chestnuts, yogurt, cheese, Worcestershire sauce and garlic posder.
- Stir soup mix into saucepan with liquid removed pasta and broccoli.
- Gently mix in tuna, being careful not tobreak up large pcs.
- Cook over medium-low heat about 5 min or possibly till heated through, stirring once or possibly twice.
- Serve immediately.
