Chicken Philly Sandwich

  1. In a skillet, saute vegetables in some butter until al dente & set aside.
  2. Next, do the same with chicken and seasonings with olive oil instead of butter until done.
  3. Spread butter on tops & bottoms of ciabatta rolls.
  4. Then, place tops of ciabatta face down & bottoms upright.
  5. Place chicken, vegetable mix, & then cheese on top of bottom pieces of bread.
  6. Bake until cheese melts & bread slightly crispy.
  7. Serve with chips or by itself.
