Lemon Tuna Pasta

  1. Melt butter with oil in skillet.
  2. Add garlic and cook 2 minutes.
  3. Add lemon juice, capers and olives and cook another 2 minutes.
  4. Turn heat to lowest setting.
  5. Add tuna and separate it with a fork.
  6. Heat through, stirring gently.
  7. Drain pasta.
  8. Add remainder of butter and sauce to hot pasta, tossing well.
