Margarita Chicken

  1. Combine barbecue sauce, limeade concentrate and peppers in saucepan.
  2. Bring to boil on medium-high heat, stirring frequently.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer, uncovered, 15 min., stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove half of the barbecue sauce mixture for serving with the cooked chicken; set aside.
  5. Grill chicken over medium-high heat 8 to 10 min.
  6. or until cooked through (170F), turning and brushing occasionally with the remaining barbecue sauce mixture for the last 5 min.
  7. of the grilling time.
  8. Serve each chicken breast with 1/4 cup of the reserved barbecue sauce mixture, poured into small souffle cup.
