Margarita Chicken
- 1-1/2 qt. OPEN PIT Original Restaurant Recipe Barbecue Sauce
- 1-1/2 cups frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
- 1-1/2 cups jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
- 24 each small boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Combine barbecue sauce, limeade concentrate and peppers in saucepan.
- Bring to boil on medium-high heat, stirring frequently.
- Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer, uncovered, 15 min., stirring occasionally.
- Remove half of the barbecue sauce mixture for serving with the cooked chicken; set aside.
- Grill chicken over medium-high heat 8 to 10 min.
- or until cooked through (170F), turning and brushing occasionally with the remaining barbecue sauce mixture for the last 5 min.

- Serve each chicken breast with 1/4 cup of the reserved barbecue sauce mixture, poured into small souffle cup.
