Bacon Artichoke Dip Recipe
- 8 1/2 ounce Artichoke hearts, liquid removed & minced
- 1/4 c. Green onions, minced
- 8 ounce Lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. Grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. Miracle Whip
- 1 c. Grated mozzarella
- 3/4 c. Minced spinach, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. Grated sharp cheddar
- 3/4 pkt Bacon, fried and crumbled
- Combine all ingredients and place in greased 9x9 pan.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min or possibly till bubbly.
- Serve hot with flour tortilla chips.
- Great with pita bread pcs!
