Warm Quinoa Kielbasa Salad

  1. In large skillet heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium high heat.
  2. Add kielbasa and cook, stirring for 5-6 minutes until browned and crispy.
  3. In large bowl, combine kielbasa, quinoa, parsley and dill.
  4. In small bowl, whisk together vinegar, mustard, honey and remaining oil.
  5. Add to kielbasa mixture and toss gently to coat.
  6. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
