American Bbq Sauce Recipe

• 4 Tbsp. light extra virgin olive oil
• 2 Tbsp. malt vinegar
• 2 Tbsp. Worchester sauce
• 2 x cloves garlic Pepper and salt
• 2 Tbsp. tomato sauce
• 1 tsp dry mustard
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 lrg minced onion

1. Blend till smooth and pink.
2. Use as a basting sauce for all BBQ meats.
