Rosemary Chicken and Potatoes

  1. If chicken breasts are large, cut them in half for faster cooking.
  2. Place chicken and potatoes in 9x11 pan.
  3. Sprinkle season salt, rosemary, garlic powder, salt and pepper on top.
  4. Dot top with butter or margarine.
  5. Cover with foil.
  6. Bake at 375F for 1 hour.
  7. Uncover and sprinkle with parmesan.
  8. Broil for 2-3 minutes to melt cheese.
