Rosemary Chicken and Potatoes
- 3 boneless chicken breasts
- 5 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 teaspoon season salt
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 14 cup butter or 14 cup margarine
- 14 cup grated parmesan cheese
- salt
- pepper
- If chicken breasts are large, cut them in half for faster cooking.
- Place chicken and potatoes in 9x11 pan.
- Sprinkle season salt, rosemary, garlic powder, salt and pepper on top.
- Dot top with butter or margarine.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 375F for 1 hour.
- Uncover and sprinkle with parmesan.
- Broil for 2-3 minutes to melt cheese.
