Smoked Salmon & Cucumber Rounds
- 1 English cucumber
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill, divided
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 5 oz. smoked salmon, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onions
- 2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- Cut cucumber into 24 slices.
- Use melon baller to scoop out indentation in center of each slice; discard removed centers or reserve for another use.

- Reserve 1 Tbsp.
- dill.
- Mix remaining dill with all remaining ingredients until blended.
- Fill cucumbers with cream cheese mixture; sprinkle with reserved dill.
