Smoked Salmon & Cucumber Rounds

  1. Cut cucumber into 24 slices.
  2. Use melon baller to scoop out indentation in center of each slice; discard removed centers or reserve for another use.
  3. (See tip.)
  4. Reserve 1 Tbsp.
  5. dill.
  6. Mix remaining dill with all remaining ingredients until blended.
  7. Fill cucumbers with cream cheese mixture; sprinkle with reserved dill.
