Pasta with pesto, ricotta cheese and tomato

  1. Boil salty water.
  2. ( Evert 100 g pasta 1 liter water and 10 g salt)
  3. Cook the pasta
  4. Cut the tomate in cubes.
  5. Warm the olive oil in a saute
  6. Ad the tomato in the saute and cook for 3 minutes, add salt
  7. Add the ricotta cheese and stir

  9. Add the pasta and stir
