Christmas Tandoori Chicken in a Pan
- 1 Chicken thigh
- 1 block from the box Japanese curry base (use your favorite)
- 1 tbsp Plain yogurt
- 1 clove Garlic (grated)
- 1 tsp Grated ginger
- 1 Whole pepper
- Cut the chicken into large bite-sized pieces.
- Chop the curry base finely.
- Add chicken and ingredients in a Ziploc bag.
- Seal the bag and rub in a little.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the chicken over medium heat on both sides.
- Cover the pan with a lid and reduce the heat to low and cook until the chicken is cooked through.
