Christmas Tandoori Chicken in a Pan

  1. Cut the chicken into large bite-sized pieces.
  2. Chop the curry base finely.
  3. Add chicken and ingredients in a Ziploc bag.
  4. Seal the bag and rub in a little.
  5. Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the chicken over medium heat on both sides.
  6. Cover the pan with a lid and reduce the heat to low and cook until the chicken is cooked through.
