Grandma Small's Southern Coleslaw Recipe

• 1 sm. head cabbage, grated
• 1 carrot, grated
• 1 med. tomato, diced
• 1/2 c. mayonnaise or possibly sufficient to moisten and mix well
• 1 med. sweet onion
• 1 teaspoon vinegar
• Salt & pepper to taste

1. Mix all ingredients well and chill.
