Delicious Sweet Potato Casserole

• 4 cups sweet potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed
• 2 cups sugar
• 4 eggs, beaten
• 34 cup butter, melted
• 1 cup evaporated milk
• 1 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 2 cups miniature marshmallows
• 1 cup flaked coconut
• 1 12 cups crushed corn flakes
• 12 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• 34 cup butter, melted

1. Mix mashed sweet potatoes with sugar, eggs, 3/4 cup butter,evaporated milk, nutmeg, cinnamon, marshmallows and coconut.
2. Put into a greased 9 X 13 inch baking dish.
3. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
4. In a small bowl, mix the crushed cornflakes, brown sugar, pecans and remaining 3/4 cup butter.
5. Spread the topping over the baked casserole.
6. Return the casserole to the oven and bake an additional 10 minutes.
