Lazy crock pot roast

• 3 lb beef roast
• 1 can (10.75 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
• 1 can (10.75 ounces) tomato soup
• 1 envelope beefy onion soup mix (or plain onion soup mix)
• 1/2 cup Red wine (or water or beef broth)

1. Spray crock pot with non stick cooking spray.
2. Place roast in crock pot.
3. Stir together remaining ingredients and pour over roast.
4. Cook on low 7-9 hours.
5. Serve with potatoes or in rolls as a sandwich.
