Italian Broccoli With Tomatoes

  1. Place broccoli and water in casserole dish.
  2. Cover and microwave on high for 4 to 8 minutes, until broccoli is'tender-crisp'.
  3. Drain.
  4. Season with oregano, salt and pepper.
  5. Add tomatoes.
  6. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 2 to 4 minutes until tomatoes are hot.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese.
  8. Microwave for 1 minute, or until cheese melts.
