Turkey Mandarin Walnut Salad
- Dressing
- 2 cups peanut oil
- 1 cup GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard
- 3/4 cup honey
- 3/4 cup lemon juice
- Salad
- 2-1/4 qt. baby spinach leaves
- 2-1/4 qt. canned mandarin oranges, drained
- 2-1/4 qt. cooked turkey breast, julienned
- 3 cups coarsely chopped walnuts, toasted
- Dressing: Beat ingredients with whisk until well blended.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Salad: Combine ingredients.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- For each serving: Toss 2 cups Salad with 2-1/2 Tbsp.
- Dressing.
