Grilled Turkey And Cheddar Sandwiches
- 8 slices rye bread
- 12 slices deli turkey (about 12 oz.)
- 8 slices Cheddar cheese (about 8 oz.)
- 2 small tomatoes, sliced into 8 slices
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter
- Top each of 4 slices of bread with 3 slices turkey, 2 slices cheese and 2 slices of tomato.
- Top each with remaining bread slices.
- Spread both sides of each sandwich with margarine or butter.
- Place in skillet or griddle over medium heat; cook on both sides until golden brown and cheese melts.
