Teriyaki Pork Green Onion and Shiso Leaf Rolls

  1. Mix the ingredients together.
  2. Stack the meat up a bit, and spread out 2 pieces overlapping one another.
  3. Rub just enough garlic into the meat for aroma, and lightly sprinkle with pepper.
  4. Leave unwrapped, and top with shiso leaves and leeks.
  5. Thickly cut the leeks to the same length as the meat.
  6. Reduce the amount of space between the meat and the vegetables as possible, wrapping it up tightly.
  7. Lightly coat in katakuriko, and place the ends of the rolled meat facing downwards in a frying pan coated with sesame oil to cook.
  8. Once the meat has cooked evenly throughout, add the pre-mixed ingredients.
  9. Please keep an eye on the heat in order to keep it from burning.
  10. Arrange on plates once the dressing has simmered into the meat, cover with the remaining sauce from the frying pan, and it is done.
  11. Top with white sesame if you like.

pork ham, leaves, leeks, sesame oil, ginger, pepper, katakuriko, white sesame seeds, soy sauce, sake, sugar, mirin
