Tofu and Okara Gratinee for Dieters
- 300 grams Tofu
- 1 tbsp Okara powder
- 1 tsp Miso
- 1 tsp Usukuchi soy sauce
- 1 dash Pepper
- 1 Onion (sliced)
- 2 slice Lightly salted salmon
- 1 cut into small bunches Broccoli (parboiled)
- 1 as much (to taste) Mushrooms (optional)
- 1 clove Garlic (sliced)
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Sake or white wine
- 2 tsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1 as much (to taste) Pizza cheese
- 1 as much (to taste) Panko
- 1 dash Butter or olive oil
- Mix all ingredients for the bechamel sauce in a blender or with a hand mixer.
- (There's no need to drain the tofu.)
- Chop the salmon into bite sizes and sprinkle some sake or white wine.
- In a frying pan over low heat, heat the olive oil and garlic until fragrant.
- Add all of the other ingredients and the water to steam cook.
- Pour in the bechamel sauce made in Step 1.
- Heat over low-medium heat until the sauce becomes hot.
- Top first with cheese, then panko, then finish with butter or olive oil.
- Bake in 220C oven until nicely browned and enjoy.
