Thai Turkey Lettuce Wraps (Chicken, Pork or Beef)

  1. Combine vinegar, cornstarch, soy and one third of the oil in a bowl.
  2. Genly, stir in the turkey.
  3. Sauce - Whisk all ingredients together.
  4. If turkey is ground - heat a third of the oil over high heat.
  5. Add turkey and brown.
  6. Add water if needed to prevent sticking.
  7. Transfer to a bowl.
  8. Saute bok choy and bell peppers fr about 5 minutes in a third of the oil.
  9. Add ginger, garlic and mango and saute for 2 more minutes.
  10. Add turkey and sauce and cook 1 more minute.
  11. Spoon into lettuce leaves.
