Exquisite Dark Chocolate Truffle Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Place chocolate in large microwaveable bowl.
  3. Stir in cream.
  4. Microwave on MEDIUM 2 min.
  5. or until chocolate is almost melted.
  6. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended; cool slightly.
  7. Add eggs, sugar and flour; beat with wire whisk until well blended.
  8. Pour into lightly greased 9-inch pie plate.
  9. Bake 35 min.
  10. or until edge of pie is puffed but centre is still slightly soft; cool completely.
  11. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  12. Serve topped with the whipped topping.
  13. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
