Cat's Eye

• 1 1/2 ounces pisco
• 1 ounce passion fruit puree
• 1 ounce orange juice
• Orange twist

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add first three ingredients, shake, and strain into a chilled martini glass.
3. Garnish with the twist.
