Guests Delight Recipe

  1. Make crust out of 1 box Zwieback rolled fine, add in 1/4 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp.
  2. cinnamon, 1/4 c. soft butter and minced pecans.
  3. Make Custard: Cook 2 c. lowfat milk, 2 egg yolks, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 tsp.
  4. vanilla and 2 Tbsp.
  5. cornstarch till thick.
  6. Pour into pan with crust.
  7. Make meringue by beating the egg whites and placing on top of the custard.
  8. Sprinkle with some of the crust on top.
  9. Bake at 300 degrees for about 20 min.
