Violet Champagne Damour

• 1 ounce French Parfait Amour liqueur
• 12 ounce fresh lemon juice
• 14 ounce Cointreau liqueur
• 3 -5 ounces chilled champagne
• 2 fresh violets, organic (no pesticides)

1. Add Parfait Amour, lemon juice, and cointreau to a chilled champagne flute.
2. Slowly top with champagne.
3. Float the violets on top of the drink.
