Thai Grilled Beef Recipe
- 2 pound beef (flank, round steak, fillet, or possibly boneless sirloin)
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 teaspoon powdered ginger
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- Place the beef in a mixing bowl.
- Combine the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Pour over the beef and marinate in refrigerator for several hrs or possibly overnight.
- Remove the beef from the marinade and grill over warm coals.
- Turn often, brushing with marinade and cook to desired degree of doneness.
- Before serving, pour remaining marinade over the beef if you like.
