Apple Porridge With Protein - Overnight Cook

  1. The night before, boil water and add this to a food flask.
  2. Add oats, salt, apple and splenda.
  3. Stir well and close flask.
  4. In the morning, mix the protein in and stir well.
  5. Serve with flakes of almonds, a dollop of sugar free maple syrup and a dash of milk.
