Pear Bellini

  1. Crushed ice
  2. Stir together pear nectar and pear brandy in a chilled glass.
  3. Divide pear blend into 2 rocks glasses filled with crushed ice.
  4. Top with chilled Champagne and garnish with sliced pears.
